- Posting the job: We post the job description on various job boards, our website, social media, and other relevant platforms to attract potential candidates.
- Screening resumes: We receive applications and screen the resumes to shortlist the most suitable candidates.
- Conducting interviews: We conduct interviews with the shortlisted candidates to assess their skills, experience, and suitability for the role.
- Selecting the candidate: After the interviews, we select the best candidate for the job and make a job offer.
- Background checks and reference checks: We conduct background and reference checks on the selected candidate to verify their qualifications and employment history.
- Onboarding: Once the candidate accepts the job offer, we initiate the onboarding process, which includes filling out paperwork, providing orientation and training, and introducing the new hire to their team and the company culture.
- Follow-up: We follow up with the new hire to ensure they are settling in well and addressing any concerns they may have. We believe that our recruitment process helps us build a talented and diverse team that delivers exceptional results for our clients.
